Georgia is the cradle of winemaking.Wine here is not alcohol, it is philosophy.

What do they drink at a Georgian wedding?
1.Wine: Lots of wine. White (dry) drink in liters. Amber wine is a local pride, tart and rich. People drink less red because it is “heavy.” Calculation: 1 bottle per person (minimum).
2.Chacha: Georgian vodka made from grapes. Strong (50-60 degrees), but drinks softly. A must for toast.
3.Sparkling: Welcome and the first toast.
